Meet your coach

Athlea Coaching, founded by IFBB Pro Liliana Sakhanova, was born from a passion for helping others transform their lives through fitness, mindset, and sustainable habits.

With a background in ballet and figure skating, Liliana’s journey into strength training began after a career-ending injury at 16. What started as rehabilitation became a lifelong pursuit of growth, discipline, and excellence.

She discovered bikini fitness in 2018 and within one year became the Swedish Overall Champion (2019). In 2021, she earned her IFBB Pro card, proving that focus, consistency, and belief can turn dreams into reality.

Alongside competing, Liliana coached clients while working demanding shifts as a Protective Security Officer. In 2021, she followed her calling full-time and founded Athlea Coaching.

Today, she helps clients build strength, lose fat, and rediscover confidence. Every plan is personalized to goals, physiology, and lifestyle, combining training, nutrition, mindset work, and accountability.

With personal experience managing PCOS and hypothyroidism, Liliana brings both empathy and expertise to her coaching.

Her philosophy is simple: real change comes from within. Athlea Coaching isn’t about perfection — it’s about progress, consistency, and becoming the strongest version of yourself, inside and out.
